Beatles and Wings Wall Art and Posters Fans Actually Love
Beatles and Wings wall art that is licensed and looks right: the Pyramid Yellow Submarine maxi poster, album frames and mounts for your own LPs, and Wings reissues that include posters.
The simplest Beatles and Wings wall art is a row of your own album sleeves, either in 12.5 x 12.5 inch frames or on clip-style wall mounts. That costs from about $15 for a small pack of CollectorMount holders to about $42 for a pair of Americanflat aluminum frames. For a classic poster, the officially licensed Yellow Submarine maxi print from Pyramid International (61 x 91.5 cm, about $15) is the straightforward pick, and three recent Wings vinyl releases come with posters in the box: Band on the Run 50th Anniversary 2LP (2024), Venus and Mars 50th Anniversary (2025) and the Wings 3LP colour collection (2025).
Wall art is where fans meet the most unlicensed merchandise. Marketplaces are full of cheap prints of photographs whose rights the sellers do not own. This guide sticks to licensed products and to displays for records you already own, which is both the safest route and the more personal one for a music room.
Prices are approximate US prices at the time of writing. If you are framing original sleeves, our guide to cleaning and storing vinyl explains how to keep the discs safe while the covers are on the wall.
Top 7 for 2026
CollectorMount AlbumMount Record Display
The simplest way to put your own records on the wall. The AlbumMount is a clear holder that works as a wall mount or a freestanding shelf stand, and its adjustable design fits sleeves from about 7 to 14.25 inches, so it takes standard LPs, gatefolds and 7" picture sleeves. It is sold singly and in multi-packs, and the price per mount drops sharply in the larger packs. Because the record slides in and out, you can rotate the display, Revolver one month and Band on the Run the next. Expect about $15 for a small pack.
The Beatles Yellow Submarine Maxi Poster
Pyramid International is a UK maker of officially licensed posters, and its Yellow Submarine maxi poster (61 x 91.5 cm, roughly 24 x 36 inches) reproduces artwork from the 1968 film. It is printed on gloss paper and shipped rolled. The cartoon style suits a child's bedroom, a playroom, a home studio or an office, and it avoids the rights problems that come with photo prints. About $15, plus the cost of a standard 24 x 36 inch frame.
Record Props Vinyl Record Display
Record Props show a record and its sleeve together without a frame: the sleeve sits on the wall with the disc displayed beside it. Each unit works on the wall or as a tabletop "now playing" stand and includes wall hardware. It suits colored vinyl and picture discs that would otherwise stay hidden in a sleeve, such as the clear, green and pink discs of the Wings 3LP colour collection. Prices are usually about $20 per unit, with discounts on packs of three or five.
Venus and Mars 50th Anniversary Half-Speed Master LP
Released on March 21, 2025, this 180g LP was cut at half speed by Miles Showell at Abbey Road from a high-resolution transfer of the 1975 master tapes. The Hipgnosis gatefold is recreated along with the original inserts: two posters with photography by Aubrey Powell and Sylvia de Swaan, the round "Venus and Mars are alright tonight" sticker and the planets bookmark sticker. Frame one poster, keep the other with the record, and you have Wings on the wall and on the turntable for about $40. Our guide to Wings on vinyl covers the rest of the series.
Americanflat 12.5 x 12.5 Album Frame (Set of 2)
For a permanent, finished look, a proper frame beats a clip mount. Americanflat's 12.5 x 12.5 inch frames have slim black aluminum moldings, a polished plexiglass front and hanging hardware, and they take a standard LP sleeve. A set of two cost about $42 at the time of writing, and sets of four are also sold. They suit a symmetrical row: Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper and the White Album make a good Beatles sequence, and McCartney, Ram, Band on the Run and Venus and Mars do the same for Paul. Frame spare copies rather than your best pressings.
Band on the Run 50th Anniversary Edition 2LP
Released on February 2, 2024, the 2LP edition pairs a half-speed master of the original US album, cut by Miles Showell, with a second disc of "Underdubbed" mixes taken from a rough mix Geoff Emerick made on October 14, 1973, before the orchestral overdubs. It comes in a slipcase with two posters of Linda McCartney Polaroids. Suggested retail was $49.98. The slipcase also looks good face out on a picture ledge, which suits anyone short of wall space.
Wings (2025) Limited Edition Colour 3LP
The 32-track Wings anthology released on November 7, 2025 comes on translucent clear, green and pink 180g vinyl in a die-cut hardback slipcase. The package was designed by Paul with Aubrey Powell of Hipgnosis, and the expanded booklet carries Paul's introduction, Powell's album-by-album notes on the artwork and Humphrey Ocean's portraits of the band. It also includes two posters, a sticker sheet and a litho print, so one box supplies several framed pieces. The official store price was $114.98.
Licensed Art Versus Marketplace Prints
The Beatles' names, logos and album artwork are protected, and so are the photographs of the band, which belong to the photographers or their estates. Licensed products, such as Pyramid's Yellow Submarine poster, pay for those rights. Many of the cheap "canvas prints" and "vintage posters" on marketplaces do not.
Unlicensed prints are also often low-resolution scans that look soft at full size, printed on thin paper with off colors. If a listing names no manufacturer and the price seems too low for a large print, assume it is not licensed.
The safest approach is to display the real thing. An original sleeve, even a worn secondhand copy, has more character than a reproduction, and its origin is never in question.
Layout Ideas
A chronological row is the easiest layout to get right: four or six frames showing a run of albums, such as the UK albums from Rubber Soul (PMC 1267 mono, PCS 3075 stereo) to the White Album, or Paul's 1970s from McCartney to Back to the Egg. Using the UK Parlophone sleeves rather than the Capitol versions keeps the Beatles row consistent.
A single "now playing" spot is the cheapest. One wall mount or Record Prop by the turntable holds whatever you are listening to, which keeps the wall changing and costs almost nothing.
For bigger walls, mix sizes: the 24 x 36 inch Yellow Submarine poster in the center with album frames on either side, or a grid of 7" singles in small mounts. Picture sleeves from the 1960s, many of them from European and Japanese issues rather than the UK, are cheaper than LP sleeves and often more colorful.
Protecting Sleeves and Posters on the Wall
Direct sun fades sleeves and posters quickly, reds and yellows first, which is bad news for Sgt. Pepper and Yellow Submarine. Hang displays on walls that do not get direct light, or use frames with UV-filtering acrylic.
Do not leave records inside framed sleeves for years. Heat on an outside wall can warp discs. Frame the empty sleeve and keep the record in a plain inner and outer sleeve on the shelf. Our guide to record storage for collectors covers sleeves and shelving.
Use proper picture-hanging hardware. One 12.5-inch frame with plexiglass is light, but a row of them on weak hooks will eventually come down.
LEGO Art, Signed Items and Posters in Record Boxes
LEGO Art The Beatles (31198) was a 2,933-piece mosaic set, released in August 2020 at $119.99, that builds a portrait of any one of the four. It retired at the end of 2021 and now sells secondhand at a premium. If you already own one, it hangs well next to framed sleeves. If not, read our guide to Beatles LEGO and collectibles before paying collector prices.
Signed items look wonderful framed, but genuine Beatles signatures are rare and expensive, and fakes are common. Buy only from specialist dealers who offer independent authentication and a return policy.
Posters packed with records are the most overlooked option. Between them, the Venus and Mars half-speed LP, the Band on the Run 50th Anniversary 2LP and the Wings 3LP colour collection supply six licensed posters, plus the stickers and litho print, for the price of the records.
